Can I get the prize if my project is great but I won't join the conference in January 22th?

As the title, Can I get the prize if my project is great but I won't join the conference in January 22th and any meeting in person? Because I'm in Vietnam.

    Yes, the closeout will be purely virtual and not mandatory to attend.
